WOD
The core of our comunnity! This is the Workout Of the Day. We follow the CrossFit methodology to improve your fitness. It will be varied, effective, challenging and fun.
SUPER-SATURDAYS
Saturdays are to have fun! In CrossFit 4800 we celebrate them with a special class. These workouts will be a bit more demanding and longer.
TEAM WOD
Together, it might not be easier, but it will definitely be funnier.
We will work in teams of 2, 3 or 4 to get fit together and enjoy the workout as a team.
MOBILITY
Our Mobility classes are 30 minutes classes that will help you to recover and move better. We will focus on gaining range of motion, joint health and recovery protocols
OPEN PREP
Is that time of the year and the Open is here. In CrossFit 4800 we want to help you to feel ready to perform at your best in the Open and through the entire season.
WEIGHTLIFTING
Looking to improve your technique and get your numbers up? We will work in the technical aspect of the lifts to get better and fix possible weaknesses.
GYMNASTICS
We take the movements and work every progression for the athlete to understand the positions and mechanics of the exercises.
OPEN GYM
Our classes don't match your schedule? Do you have a specific program or goal? You want some extra work in your weaknesses? You have access every day 5-22 to work at your own pace.
